Current service status

• Ibiza discovery, maps, trip planning and supplier handoff foundations are in pre-launch testing.
• Protected previews can contain clearly labelled fictional people, listings, proposals, orders and passes.
• Chasing Sunsets does not currently take public customer payments or issue public customer tickets.
• No fictional record is presented as a real supplier, partner, event, price or availability.
• Provider subscriptions are configured in GBP. The complete Stripe sandbox billing lifecycle has passed, including cancellation, refund and dispute paths. Paid plans remain locked pending provider terms, VAT/invoice treatment and a separate controlled activation decision.

Listings and source freshness

Public event availability must have a recorded source check within 24 hours before a booking handoff can open. The listing shows the named source and last check. Missing, invalid, future-dated or older evidence closes the handoff and requires a manual recheck.

A source check means the named evidence was reviewed at that time. It is not an endorsement, guarantee or promise that a third party will not change its event, price, capacity, entry or cancellation terms.

Bookings, cancellations and refunds

An external supplier handoff is not a Chasing Sunsets booking. The supplier identified at the handoff controls payment, confirmation, fulfilment, cancellation and refund under its own terms.

Where a future Chasing Sunsets order exists, its page will show the issuer, order reference and current entitlement state. Support can investigate and route a problem, but it cannot make a revoked, refunded, expired or otherwise blocked entitlement valid.

Emergency content control

Authorised operations users can unpublish an individual listing immediately and separately mark its availability as cancelled, sold out or requiring confirmation. Those actions are audited. Republishing requires authorised access and the existing source and publication gates.

“Chasing Sunsets” is the trading name used for this service. The contracting entity is SVE Ventures LTD, company number 16822306, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 2 Lormay Place, Westbury, Brackley, England, NN13 5NJ.

The trading name shown for this service is Chasing Sunsets. England and Wales is the founder-selected governing-law direction, but the final clause still requires legal review. VAT status, marketplace contracting roles and destination-specific obligations also require confirmation before live payments or broad customer acquisition.
