Chasing Sunsets is a founder-operated, pre-launch destination discovery and marketplace project. This page separates the service available today from the controls still required before public bookings or payments can open.

The founding team manually reviews support, content reports and partner enquiries through this inbox. A named launch-day support owner, supplier escalation owner and published response-time commitment have not yet been signed off; broad customer acquisition remains blocked until they are.

Current service status

Ibiza discovery, maps, trip planning and supplier handoff foundations are in pre-launch testing.
Protected previews can contain clearly labelled fictional people, listings, proposals, orders and passes.
Chasing Sunsets does not currently take public customer payments or issue public customer tickets.
No fictional record is presented as a real supplier, partner, event, price or availability.

Listings and source freshness

Public event availability must have a recorded source check within 24 hours before a booking handoff can open. The listing shows the named source and last check. Missing, invalid, future-dated or older evidence closes the handoff and requires a manual recheck.

A source check means the named evidence was reviewed at that time. It is not an endorsement, guarantee or promise that a third party will not change its event, price, capacity, entry or cancellation terms.

Bookings, cancellations and refunds

An external supplier handoff is not a Chasing Sunsets booking. The supplier identified at the handoff controls payment, confirmation, fulfilment, cancellation and refund under its own terms.

Where a future Chasing Sunsets order exists, its page will show the issuer, order reference and current entitlement state. Support can investigate and route a problem, but it cannot make a revoked, refunded, expired or otherwise blocked entitlement valid.

Emergency content control

Authorised operations users can unpublish an individual listing immediately and separately mark its availability as cancelled, sold out or requiring confirmation. Those actions are audited. Republishing requires authorised access and the existing source and publication gates.

Legal identity review

“Chasing Sunsets” is the project and trading name used by the founding team in this pre-launch release. The final contracting entity, registered address, launch support ownership and destination-specific legal review must be published before Chasing Sunsets enables live marketplace payments or broad customer acquisition.
