Who provides Chasing Sunsets

Chasing Sunsets is a trading name of SVE Ventures LTD, company number 16822306, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 2 Lormay Place, Westbury, Brackley, England, NN13 5NJ.

These remain pre-launch service terms. VAT treatment, governing law wording and marketplace-specific contracting terms must be confirmed and reviewed by a qualified lawyer before live payments are enabled.

Provider plans, currency and language

Listed is the free launch plan. The proposed paid provider plans are Growth at £39 per month and Featured at £89 per month, billed in GBP. They are not currently available for purchase.

Growth and Featured are intended only for a person buying wholly or mainly for purposes connected with a trade, business, craft or profession and authorised to act for the listed provider. The final checkout declaration, VAT treatment and provider terms require professional review before activation.

When provider billing is activated, Stripe-hosted Checkout can choose its interface language from the customer’s browser and may offer an eligible local payment currency. The underlying Chasing Sunsets plan, records and reporting remain in GBP. Any conversion and fee are shown by Stripe before payment.

What the app provides

Chasing Sunsets provides Ibiza-focused sunset discovery, maps and personal or group night planning. The website can show source-checked listings, save connected trip choices and open a named supplier’s official website. Version 1 of the iPhone app can calculate Ibiza sunset guidance and save places and a My Night plan on the device.

Listings and supplier handoffs

The public website does not publish fictional event inventory. If no authorised listing is available, it shows an empty state. A listing must name its source, but events, line-ups, prices, availability, travel times and entry rules can still change.

Opening a supplier or venue website does not by itself create a booking with Chasing Sunsets. Any reservation or purchase made on an external website is with the party identified there and is subject to that party’s terms and support route.

Always check current details, entry rules, age restrictions, identification requirements, transport and availability with the official venue or organiser before making plans.

Chasing Sunsets uses a 24-hour source-check window before opening a public event booking handoff. A source check records when the named evidence was reviewed; it is not a guarantee that third-party information will remain unchanged.

Cancellations and refunds

For a purchase completed on an external supplier website, that supplier’s cancellation and refund terms apply and the supplier controls the decision and payment return. Chasing Sunsets support can help identify and document the route, but cannot promise or issue a third party’s refund.

Public Chasing Sunsets checkout is not enabled. Before it is enabled, these terms and the relevant offer must state the contracting party, cancellation process, refund rules and fulfilment support route.

Provider subscription cancellation will be self-service through Stripe’s billing portal and will normally stop renewal at the end of the current paid period. The final refund, cooling-off and exceptional-cancellation rules require qualified review before a paid plan can be offered.

Saved plans are not tickets

A saved place or My Night plan is not a reservation, supplier credential or proof of entry. Chasing Sunsets does not take public customer payments or issue tickets in version 1.

Your responsibilities

• Use the app lawfully and for personal planning.
• Keep private trip and invitation links within the intended group.
• Do not misrepresent a saved plan as a booking or ticket.
• Make your own decisions about venues, travel, alcohol and personal safety.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the app or misuse its brand or content.

Availability and changes

We may improve, correct or remove content and features. We do not promise that the app, map data or external websites will always be available or error-free. Your statutory consumer rights are not excluded.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. Subject to that, Chasing Sunsets is not responsible for decisions made using source-provided or third-party information, denied venue entry, changed events, transport disruption, loss of local app data or an external service outside our control.
